Ingredients
50g vanilla whey protein powder
30g crushed pretzels
20g almond flour
1 large egg
30mL sugar-free caramel syrup
5g coconut oil, melted
50mL unsweetened almond milk
1g sea salt flakes (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small ramekin.
In a bowl, mix whey protein, crushed pretzels, and almond flour.
Add egg, caramel syrup, melted coconut oil, and almond milk. Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into the ramekin and sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
