Ingredients
50g oat flour
30g whey protein (unflavored or savory flavor)
20g grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
60mL unsweetened almond milk
5g baking powder
2g garlic powder
2g dried oregano
10g butter (for cooking)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, whey protein, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
Add the egg and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
